Description

This is just a placeholder for information on integrating upstart into the
openmoko distro as a replacement for sysvinit.

This is just an investigation at this stage and not a certainty.

Should also add this is a precursor to general OE investigation of cleaning up
init system whether its sysvinit or upstart.
