Clicking on "Missed calls" message interrupts panel

Description
I do not know if this is panel problem or messages. When I click on missed calls dialer appears but panel
exits (no home screen - only background with Please wait... in the middle). It happens every time.

I can't replicate this using recent (or not so recent) images, if anyone can
give a reliable way to reproduce this, please reopen. There's no reason for the
panel to crash when dialer is loaded, they don't interact in any way.
