Description
Using the system tray menu, a user can toggle Bluetooth power off or on and the
applet changes icon to indicate this status.
Neod also offers a "Turn off/on Bluetooth" option that corresponds to the
antennae's state, but pressing this icon doesn't actually toggle the Bluetooth
power state.

If the neod menu is what is displayed when pressing the "power button", then I confirm, on the 2007.2 standard FR system.

On my phone, enabling bluetooth seems to work (at least the status reported by the GUI changes from off to on...). However, disabling bluetooth silently fails; disabling seems to work, but immediately checking status says bluetooth is still enabled. This happens via the matchbox panel and via the power button menu.
