the time and positioning of its appearance seams to be non-fixed.
Sometimes after returning to Today screen and re-opening the application makes the lines disappear.

from Allen Lins's testing result:
After I use Swap Orientation function, I will get some green lines on every screen.
The latest kernel and rootfs I use:
