Description

There is some noticeable flickering on the screen.
This is especially seen on the brighter colors like white and orange.
Not sure if this is a a software configuration issue, anyways we need to look at this.

Tony, I originally assigned to Matt, but bugzilla wont let me assign to him.

The bugs fix by Andy's patch after get Toshiba datasheet. we could do nothing
on landscape.

Landscape also fixed by setting right parameter of Toshiba ASIC
