No icon indication of Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi

Description
Turning on bluetooth, gps in the power menu gives no indication of status.
Also, there is NO wifi option.

What we need to see is an indication that these features work.
So yes, have the icons show when turned on, not show when turned off.

we have GPS patches and made by Tick about a week ago, and he is going to commit
code soon.

also, John is going to modify related *.bb file, then we can have a freerunner
image with these indications.

I can't find an icon to use for the wifi indication (.png file).
Also, please see #1288 about wifi power management not supported. If the wifi
is always on, would this mean the wifi icon would be displayed all the time?

A wifi applet has been implemented. This needs a recipe to be added to the build.

Yes, we are waiting for a new icon. The designer avoided me for 2 days now... still trying to track her
down. Probably won't make it in time for the first day of MP, will try to phase this in between production.

Wifi Icon (final) <- I assume this means fixed.
Hi Will,
I thought you'd like to put only battery and GSM signal indications in the
status bar for openmoko-freerunner image. You wanna put 'bluetooth', 'GPS' back?
and also display 'wifi'? currently, we have bluetooth, gps in our daily build,
but no wifi.
