Description

The current fonts are not unique enough. We need to create or find our own fonts.

Yes. Two reasons:

a) Better use of screen real estate: A slightly condensed font means more text
fits on the screen while still retaining good readability.
b) Branding: A unique font is an important part of the product branding.

See for instance what Nokia does on their tablets.

LiberationSans? would be a bit more condensed, however looks more like Windows.
