step:

1. go to setting
2. select clock
3. press option when clock tab highlighted
4. select set time
5. time tab selected
6. select Automatic ask to off then time zone will activate
7. select time zone then change country -> time and date will change automatically
8. press back on the bottom bar ->check the clock and illume top bar

current result : clock and illume top bar does not changed

expected result : clock and illume top bar should be changed time

Well. due the way the clock is implemented it might take up to 60 seconds for the illume to update. Can you at least verify that?

even changed time format(24 hour or 12 hour)does not working
and i also tried what you want for waited over 1min. but still does not changed.
i compared with GTA02 works very well.
i think my image is not same as yours.

Step:
1.Go Exposure/Date? & time and select format
2.Select time format 12 hour(or 24 hour) than “back”

current result : no matter change to 12 hour or 24 hour, clock at illume top bar does not changed (stay as 24 hour)

expected result : clock at illume top bar should also changed to 12 hour when we set it

Okay two things:
1) File a separate bug report for illume 12/24 hour setting not being synchronized and put a PM as keyword there. will has to decide what to do.. remove this option from Qtopia or make illume honor it?

2.) Can you please verify that setting timezone + time is working (with up to 60 seconds delay?)

Is there an issue with 12/24 hour settings?
I set my time today at 18:36 and had no problems.

clock at illume bar works well after set time. but time format (12 hour) still does not work.

ex ) set format to 12 hour . if time is 14:20 , it has to show 2:20.

but our device still show 14:20.

Okay. Putting it back to in_testing. The initial bug report is that the time does not get updated to the newly set time. If it does get updated (even after a quite long delay) then close this bug. If you think the delay is too big then file another bug report for that. If you think that the 12/24 day setting should be "shared" between e/illume and Qtopia then please file even another one.

Rule of thumb: One issue, one bug.
