The phone did not wake up from blank time when there's an incoming call.

kernel: 20080611-asu.stable-uImage.bin
rootfs: 20080619-asu.stable-rootfs.jffs2

Summary:the phone did not wake up from blank time when there's an incoming call.

step:
1.set blank time on(15sec.~5mins) & suspend time off
2.wait blank time & call this phone from other phone
3.Answer the incoming a call during Blank time

expected result: screen should wake up from blank time and show incoming call info.

current result:only with ring tone & vibration, without display on the screen

And it can not wake up from blank time when there's an incoming message (SMS) neither!

this should be fixed, or at least there is a work around with raster's new power implementation no?
Phone should no longer suspend during active calls.

Suspend time comes 1 second after the blank time.
