Suspend time ended but no SMS/Incoming call show up

summary : it wakes up from suspend but message does not arriving

step :
1.set suspend
2.incoming message

reproducible: 6~7 out of 10 tries.

current result :it wakes up from suspend but message does not arriving.

expected result : after wake up from suspend message should arriving and alert message show up

Steps and current result:
1) set suspend time
2) go on any application(or even just highlight it) and leave it untill suspend comes
3) Suspend time!!
4) Try to send SMS/make a call to the suspended Neo
5) Suspend time ended, shows up the screen with application working (or highlighted application icon)
6) No incoming phone call/SMS message shows up

Expect result: should show up "got a SMS" or "incoming call" screen

note: of what i test is only happen when i was highlight applications and in other application(like splinter/exposure/...), if it is in main screen (no highlight on any application)

I introduced a bug where the first command was lost due the modem waking up from deep sleep. This could be related to this. I assume it is fixed.

I fixed another bug related to losing a notification (due sending a wakeup command and discarding everything from the mode).
