Multitap keyboard in terminal and SMS maps differently with USB replugged

Description

This is the same problem as old ticket #1270 but that is the matchbox keyboard and not about SMS If the USB is in when booting, or unplugged all is correct, but if the USB is replugged in then: Letters supposed to be uppercase show as lower case for all letters from g to z. Also the numbers 7-0 show as {[]}.(Unplugging USB restores proper behaviour). Also no slash is available on the 0 key while using in terminal; for some reason it becomes available when sending SMS.
Except for that the SMS keyboard has the same problem with g-z and 7-0 if usb is replugged in.Using fic image
