alert message should come in sequence to application

Kernel ： 20080705-asu.stable-uImage.bin
Root file system ：20080708-asu.stable-rootfs.jffs2

Steps:
1) launch assassin
2) 'warning' message is launched simultaneously with application

Expected:
1) launch assassin
2) allow assassin screen to set-up first
3) then drop 'warning' message

This ticket is about the timing of when this alert should come down. Alert message should come after 1 sec or so after the launch of an application.
