Description

Kernel ： 20080705-asu.stable-uImage.bin
Root file system ：20080708-asu.stable-rootfs.jffs2

Steps:
1) launch splinter
2) 'gps is off' message is launched simultaneously with application

Expected:
1) launch splinter
2) allow splinter screen to set-up first
3) then drop 'gps is off' message

This ticket is about the timing of when this alert should come down. Alert message should come after 1 sec AFTER the launch of an application. Let the application set up first.

jeremy, not sure if you already fixed this.
i noticed today's build 7/17 that it was still fast.
Can you slow down the alert message by 1 or 2 sec?
