can not change Time and Date after touch time format.

Description

kernel : 20080705-asu.stable-uImage.bin
rootfs : 20080708-asu.stable-rootfs.jffs2

summary :can not change Time and Date after touch time format.

step :

  1. go to exposure
  2. select Date/Time?
  3. select Format tab then change time format 24->12 or 12->24
  4. select Time tab
  5. set Automatic off then try to change time zone

current result : can not change time zone after touch time format

expected result : it should be worked.
