Description

Tested with the image below:

kernel:20080723-asu.stable-uImage.bin
root file system:20080723-asu.stable-rootfs.jffs2

Summary: Can't open the option menu while call active or out going phone call

Steps+current result:
1) make an out going phone call
2) check the option menu before the other side pick up
3) it will show up for a glance than disappear
4) check the option menu after the other side pick up
5) it will also show up for a glance than disappear

Expected:
show up propriety

this bug relate to #1551 . #1653, but not totally the same.
The option menu in call active, if you press it and hold it still can show up, but it suppose show up without press & hold.

i think this bug still there, still can not open the menu propriety, and other bugs related as the same.

The Xglamo XINERAMA removal should have fixed that.
