Mailing lists are sending same email 2/3 times

Description
I keep receiving multiple copies of the same email from the Community and Support ML (the only ones I check). I thought it was my misconfiguration but then more people had the same:

I can verify this too. Aprox each 8th e-mail on the devel list is a duplicate (haven't looked at headers though).

Roh, please feel free to migrate this to the admin trac. How should one do this in the future?
