Description
While "halt -p" works to power-off the device, the watchdog-based reset doesn't
work. Instead the phone hangs, and needs to be unpowered before starting again.

2.6.20 seems to have fixed this problem, though somehow the UDC seems to be
locked after the reboot (this has not yet been confirmed)
