[Installer] package list jumping too serious when you scroll it

Description

Summary:
[Installer] package list jumping too serious when you scroll it

kernel:20080903-asu.stable-uImage.bin
root file system:20080915-asu.stable-rootfs.jffs2

Steps+current results:
1) launch installer and check the package list (Install/Update/Uninstall?) longer you can see the jumping more serious
2) scroll the list
3) the list will jump up and down very serious and cannot click it easily

*basicly it's the same as Location tag list jumping problem
