Steps:
1)click on any contact from contacts
2)click on the 3rd tab on top 'Calls'
3)click the number (+886917437225-in my example screenshot)-it goes to call details screen
4)Click options and select send message
5)The message does not go through(as the number in 3rd step is displayed as +886917437...
Expected:Should be able to send message.The no in send field should be+886917437225 instead of +886917437...
Actual : unable to send message

confirmed it happens to Om2008.9 as well.
