andy-tracking/de473c: poweroff hangs at "System halted"

This was originally reported by Klaus Kurzmann mok at mnet-online.de on the kernel list but since I could not find a ticket for I am opening one now. I can personally witness the problem with andy-tracking de473ca893c9285a.

poweroff seems to be broken. After initiating shutdown with one of:                                                                                                      
- poweroff                                                                                                                                                               
- shutdown -h now                                                                                                                                                        
- shutdown -h -P now                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                                         
last line seen on screen is:                                                                                                                                             
System halted.                                                                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                                                         
but the device (GTA02) does not power off.

I sent a mail to Ben Dooks when this appeared on the list, asking if he recognized this from his last PM platform changes, but I didn't get a reply yet. If he doesn't reply in next day or so I will get it looked at another way.

Thanks, I can confirm that "sudo shutdown -h now" works with andy-tracking_b8b36e5ec3db71d5 with included arch/arm/configs/gta02-moredrivers-defconfig.
