Description

On every first start the filter menu in openmoko-contacts is empty, resulting in
a segfault if the scrollbar is touched or import/export dialogue is chosen.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. root@fic-gta01:~$ rm

/home/root/.evolution/addressbook/local/system/addressbook.db

  1. Start openmoko-contacts
  2. Check filter menu/touch scroll bar

If you open the application the second time (open it when addressbook.db is
already present) the filtermenu has the default entries and the app does not crash

Groups menu is fixed in svn. The crashes are reported in #228.
