GSM applet shows always data transfer arrows. Should only be displayed with GPRS enabled.

Description

It makes now sense to have the icon for GPRS displayes when no GPRS is enabled.
Just change the icon when gprs is enabled or disabled.

The arrows should be present once network registration has been completed.

I thought the arrows were to indicate gprs connectivity, right?
If that were the case we would need to register SIGNAL_GSMD_EVT_IN_GPRS (how do
we determine the end of that connection?) and change the value of gprs_mode
accordingly.
