The specs have now been adjusted to state this clearly. We want to use
tap-with-hold for +, p, and w. I recommend adding tap-with-hold to
MokoFingerButton? (which should be used as dialer button anyway), so all
applications can use this functionality.

The OM-2007.2 Dialer implements tap-and-hold behaviour for the +, p, w keys.
