phone call ring, sms alert and so on need a system wide common call to support.

Description

Dialer has received that no ring will be play with incoming calls. Considering
the Alert styles setting, the ring tone may be different accordingly.
Without the system settings available, Dialer will ring with a fixed tone. But
who will provide such api? Please suggest.

At the moment ringing and vibration is hacked in the dialer. It will move
outside again once we have a sound/alarm/notification API and daemon which
handle this.

It's an enhancement, not a blocker. Will happen as part of the
freesmartphone.org device daemon.

Fixed in the framework, see eventd API in conjunction with preferences API.
