Report the real DPI to the XServer and adapt font sizes

I had a look at that, I decreased the fontsize for the default theme by about
30-40%, which made usefull on my 200dpi vga screen, but all the background
pixmaps suddenly vanished. I think a 50% reduction would work on the neo quite well.
