neo1973 forgets system time when rebooted

Description
While one can set the system time using, for example, the "date" command, this
time is lost when the device is rebooted. It is remembered, however, if
you execute "hwclock --systohc". I think this should be part of the shutdown
procedure.

Yeah, clock is set through CONFIG_RTC_HCTOSYS.
I just need to add the initscript to save the time on shutdown/reboot.
