user can click in close/close all buttons though there is no open app

Description
In the "Tasks Page": when the user clicks in Close or "Close All" buttons and
there is no app to close, appears the "Are you sure..." dialog. Would be nice if
the user cant click to this buttons in this case.
I'm not sure if this bug belongs to this component or to the
openmoko-taskmanager, or openmoko-task...

To clarify the current situation, it helps usability if unapplicable buttons are
rendered as inactive. "Close all" should be inactive if there are no apps in the
list. "Go to app" and "Close app" should be inactive if no app is selected in
the list.
