Closing other apps does not ask for confirmation

Description
Today allow to close other apps but does not display confirmation requester
(whic is shown when 'close all apps' icon is used).

I'm with Thomas here. The trashcan icon should (keep to) work like a close
button. There shouldn't be signicant harm done in any app by accidentally
clicking the close button - that would be a bug in those apps.
As a small tweak to remove even the slightest inconvenience, we could switch the
"close all" button which does explain and confirm to be next to "go to app".

Not sure about this bug. For example, You wouldn't normally expect the close
button on the window frame to ask for confirmation, unless there was some
unsaved information.
