Dialer dies when empty number is called and network is registered

Description

When GSM modem is not registered to network dialing empty number (start dialer,
press 'Dial') results in requester 'not registered to network'. If you wait
until it register (easiest to check with "libgsmd-tool -m atcmd" in terminal)
and press 'Dial' it will die.

Now it does not die but tries to call something instead. "libgsmd-tool -m
atcmd" does not show any outgoing connection anyway.

What the dialer should do when no number is entered is being discussed in #866.

As confirmed, the main issue of this bug has been closed.
