"Dial" and "Message" buttons are not available after adding phone number

Description
I have one entry in Contacts. After adding only name and switching to first
tab 'Dial' and 'Message' buttons are disabled which is ok. Then I edited
contact and added two phone numbers. After switching to first tab 'Dial'
and 'Message' buttons were still disabled. I had to add another contact to get
those buttons enabled for my contact.

Any news?
contacts should probably just re-check on a tab change if the current contact
now has a phone number.
