from 3GPP TS27.005
if PDU mode (+CMGF=0) and command successful:
+CMGR: <stat>,[<alpha>],<length><CR><LF><pdu>

if the sender number is in phonebook, modem will response 'alpha' with the name
in phonebook.

Hi, I'm just confirming that the attachment #372 works.

It was my mistake, I remember I first made the same error in sms_list_cb() and
later when testing I discovered that some messages didn't display so I corrected
sms_list_cb() but not in sms_read_cb().
