Description

Currently rendered page gets ~50% of screen - rest is used by
panel/toolbar/scrollbars/tabs. Fullscreen button would be nice - in FS only
toolbar and page should be available.

Please don't invent a dedicated fullscreen button, but listen for the fullscreen
wm state and show/hide stuff appropriately. neod will take care of
setting/removing the fullscreen wm state.
