Please get the new version from the svn server.
And confirm that the "openmoko_appmgr_libipkg_0_99_163.patch" in the openmoko-
appmanager folder has patch to the ipkg.

More info: It builds against 2.6.10 in OE (which is good), but not against
2.10.7 (on my machine). I will investigate further. Assinging this bug to me.
