One way to solve this is to increase the damper value.
but I think the key point that makes you confused and not easily to click is it will bounce.

Will,

Should we disable the bounce function?

If this has to do with scrolling, I'm not sure if this is even a Locations bug.
I'm not sure what 'bounce' means. Bounce when scrolling to the bottom of the screen?
Please show me tomorrow.

I will take care of it at the mean while of solving the boundary issues in etk.
I will switch it to myself.

Tick,

Sorry, What you want to do in ETK is not for this issue, it's for #1982.
I correct the owner to myself. This one should be going to testing.

Oh~ I just want to modify the scrolling/bouncing algorithm. (I have the same issues in assassin) That's why I switch this to myself.
But, if you think disable bouncing is what they want, I will follow your method.
